Belharra Therapeutics is an early-stage small molecule discovery company looking for a Director/Senior Director, Head of DMPK to support innovative drug discovery through DMPK and formulation research activities.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies.
- Manage experiments at CROs from conception through final report.
- Collaborate with the chemistry, biology, and pharmacology teams.
- Represent DMPK/formulation functions at company meetings.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Assess and recommend dosing regimens for studies.
- Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports.
Education
- PhD in Drug Metabolism
- Pharmacokinetics
- Chemistry or related field
