Position Overview
  • We’re in the business of getting homes loved, finding and placing great residents in homeowners’ homes, and treating them exceptionally well. In doing so, we ensure homes are rented as quickly as possible, minimizing vacancy for our homeowners so that our service pays for itself.
  • As the Program Manager you will report directly to the Head of Marketplace and you will lead and manage teams responsible for optimizing the homeowner and resident experience. This pivotal leadership position involves managing a dedicated team, ensuring the efficient running of the leasing process, driving team performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving key metrics within a collaborative, technology-forward environment at Belong.


Responsibilities:
  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure targets are met.
  • Performance Metrics and Strategy: Drive key metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and Process Improvement: Work collaboratively with various departments to identify and lead initiatives for product and process enhancements. Ensure alignment with company objectives across different functions.
  • Compliance and Market Awareness: Ensure adherence to company ethics and applicable regulations. Stay updated on real estate trends and market demands. Manage a personal portfolio for hands-on experience and insights.


Requirements:
  • Reside in Miami or be open to relocating to Miami.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Consulting, Tech, or at a high-growth startup.
  • Structured, problem-oriented, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Initiative to think independently and push projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:
  • MBA from a top-tier US university.Fluency in Spanish.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience managing people and building processes from the ground up.
