• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards. 
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are consistent with operational needs. Implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels. 
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement new technologies and systems as necessary to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 
• Customer Service: Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Work closely with the content and client services teams to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations. 
• Budget Management: Manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and material costs. Identify opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining service levels. 
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, inventory levels, and safety metrics. Present findings to senior management and recommend actions for improvement. 
• Presence: Perform as representation to our production community and be nimble to their needs and the needs of content and client services teams.  

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing warehouse operations. 
• Strong understanding of warehouse management software and inventory control systems. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack, with a focus on safety and compliance. 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasks associated with warehouse operations. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
• In-warehouse presence required 40 hours a week.  
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or minimum 5 years in warehouse management.
