IT Systems & Support Lead

Benson Hill is looking for a Senior Infrastructure and Support Lead to oversee the IT support teams, manage infrastructure issues, and provide technical expertise across cloud and on-premises systems. This position offers growth opportunities based on performance.

Skills

Azure/Entra/M365 admin centers
Troubleshooting systems and network infrastructure
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RAID
Experience with various technologies

Responsibilities

Supervision and mentorship of internal support teams
Implementation of IT support systems
Network configuration and maintenance
Serve as technology consultant and escalation point for advanced requests
Documentation and system optimization
Installation, upgrades, and configuration of software and hardware
Incident response planning and execution
Continuing education and skill building

Education

BS Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
