Specifically, we’re looking for someone who deeply understands how to scale reach and engagement across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and X. We’re hiring an experienced Sr. Manager, Content and Social Strategy to oversee organic content performance across social channels for Bespoke Post and its satellite brands (including Halfday Travel and Line of Trade). You’ll use your creativity to develop new concepts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X based on quantitative and qualitative feedback on prior content. Your core objective across all these channels is to significantly boost brand awareness and fame. Key KPIs will be organic reach and engagement rate.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team, the creative growth team, and other key stakeholders to shape our content direction. You’ll manage in-house creators as well as freelance creators and editors. This role will focus 60% on performance analytics and insights, 30% on briefing and managing creative output, and 10% on programming. We’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The position will require in-person collaboration 3 days per week at our NYC office.
You will:- Own our organic social strategy, focusing on maximizing reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Leverage social platform analytics, as well as HootSuite, Motion, VidIQ, SEMRush, and a host of AI tools to measure and improve content performance, and develop new creative.
- Oversee a team of content creators and editors both in-house and out to create and adapt organic social content optimized for performance. Lead all briefings, and provide pre- and post-production direction.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Editorial, and Creative Ops teams to share learnings, capitalize on opportunities, and gain production efficiencies.
- Manage the content calendar and programming across platforms, and oversee the daily deployment of new creative content.
- Constantly brief in creators on new content ideas based on analytics, trends, algorithm changes, and platform research.
- Work with Production and Marketing to identify and engage new external creators, influencers, and partners.
- Deliver monthly performance reports to our C-Suite.
Ideal candidates will:- 7+ years of experience in social content strategy or social media management.
- Proven leadership experience guiding content teams to deliver high-impact results on social channels.
- Demonstrated success in executing social campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Deep expertise with social media platform analytics, as well as with social media marketing tools like HootSuite, Loomly, Later, Archive, etc.
- Experience briefing and managing content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and performance to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement efficient processes to support content production and scalability.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:- Starting base salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year
