E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager

As the E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee e-commerce digital marketing experiences and processes in support of key priorities. These include drive time campaigns, app growth initiatives, app-specific experiences, navigational planning and prioritization. You’ll work closely with key partners across Category Management, Marketing, E-commerce Technology and Digital Content to ensure business strategies, tactics and customer experiences are executed flawlessly. You’ll also leverage customer and channel insights and analytics to optimize the experience.This is a job share role that will require you to work 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). This is a hybrid role with in-office presence required Wednesday and Thursday, and the option to work remote on Friday. Responsibilities will be shared with another E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have one day of overlap each week with the job share partner (Wednesdays).What you’ll do• Partner with key business and marketing teams to understand strategic goals, provide recommendations and deliver results within digital experiences across all views (app, small view and large view)• Manage key e-commerce experiences including content strategy, content development and analytics• Translate business objectives into actionable plans; submit content requests to the Digital Content team in a clear and concise manner.• Articulate value and benefits of ideas to influence cross-functional peers and leaders on growth initiatives• Build collaboration across teams and departments into the broader enterprise• Develop best practices by coaching, training and mentoring employeesBasic qualifications• 5 years of e-commerce digital marketing experience including experience planning, managing and creating marketing experiences within e-commercePreferred qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• 7 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing experience in the retail sector• 2 years of experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business goals and budget expectations• 2 years of experience directly or indirectly leading teamsWhat’s in it for youWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
