The Multimedia Producer will report directly to the PR Manager and assist the Video Team, Team Leads, and the Marketing Department. The Multimedia Producer plays a key role in shaping and producing brand messaging through our digital platforms. This person will create engaging videos and content across our internal and external channels. The ideal candidate for this role will excel as part of a fun, fast-paced, dynamic, creative and collaborative team.This is a hybrid position that requires you to work at least two days at our home office in Brookfield, WI.Responsibilities:• Work on a team that serves as the voice of the BVM brand• Assist with the creation of visual content for the company, both internally and externally• Work collaboratively to record and edit videos upon request from various departments• Assist in producing video animations for internal and external use, such as internal processes and company-wide events• Generate creative ideas and collaborate with stakeholders• Upload weekly calls to the internal portal• Work in a fast-paced team environmentSkills and Requirements:• 1-3 years of related experience• Basic editing skills are required• Adobe Premiere Pro experience is required• Detail-oriented and highly organized• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to learn or knowledge of the basics of lighting and sound gear• Ability to turn around projects quickly and accurately• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team• Willing to travel 2-3 times a year is requiredWhat will make you stand out:• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as After Effects, is preferred• Basic understanding of DSLR and/or Blackmagic Pocket Cinema workflows• Narrative and/or commercial video production experience is a plusEducation:• Bachelor’s degree and/or other related experience in film/video editing, broadcast journalism, or motion graphics is preferredInterested candidates should submit a cover letter, portfolio, and a resume when applying to this position.Best Version Media is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse workplace.Best Version Media participates in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program.Job Type: Full-timePay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Employee assistance program• Flexible schedule• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):• Are you able to travel 2-3 times per year for events?• Are you flexible with the days you come into the home office and understand that you will be working on site at least 2 days a week?Experience:• Adobe Premiere Pro: 1 year (Required)Ability to Commute:• Brookfield, WI 53045 (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Brookfield, WI 53045: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brookfield, WI 53045
