Role Description:

The Marketing Department is looking for an experienced video editor/animator and someone with video production experience with a hunger for creativity and growth! The Video & Multimedia Producer will report directly to the PR Manager and work closely with other Team Leads and the Marketing Department. The Video & Multimedia Producer plays a key role in shaping and producing brand messaging through our digital platforms. This person will conceptualize and create engaging videos and content across our internal and external digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel as part of a fun, fast-paced, dynamic, creative and collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or other related experience in film/video editing, broadcast journalism, or motion graphics
• Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to both take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Able to work in a hybrid setting (in our Brookfield, WI office 2 days a week, remote 3 days - this is not remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve on a team that is the voice of the BVM brand across digital platforms
• Create and produce visual content for the brand
• Work collaboratively to storyboard, film and edit videos upon request from various departments
• Concepting, creating and executing a variety of materials for company events
• Generate creative ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
• Work in a fast-paced team environment on individual and group projects
