- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the Betabox team to fully understand our programs, mission, and goals, crafting grant proposals that highlight our unique impact and value to funders.

- Principal Investigator (PI) Role: Serve as PI on grants when applicable, taking responsibility for project outcomes, compliance, and funder communication.
- Grants Management: Oversee grant-funded programs post-award, ensuring compliance and effective project management. As the grants engine grows, you’ll build a team to support program management.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to Betabox leadership on grant opportunities, submissions, and results, and prepare reports for funders as required.
- Proven Grant Success: Demonstrated success in securing at least $2 million in grants, preferably in STEM or educational fields.
