Client Relationship Partner

BetterUp is seeking a Client Relationship Partner to drive account strategy and growth, nurture enduring customer relationships, and build internal relationships for a fulfilling work experience.

Skills

  • 7+ years sales experience with 5+ years of Mid-Market or Enterprise consultative selling
  • Experience selling to CXOs at Fortune 5000+
  • Track record of over-achieving and leading multi-buyer deals
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategy in close conversation with customer executives and BetterUp leadership
  • Own expansion and renewal targets for named accounts
  • Drive commercial conversations with customers to ensure end-to-end success of the contracting process
  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizations and identify champions internally
  • Consult and coach customers on Talent and HR strategy
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for optimal communications and alignment
