Skills
7+ years sales experience with 5+ years of Mid-Market or Enterprise consultative selling
Experience selling to CXOs at Fortune 5000+
Track record of over-achieving and leading multi-buyer deals
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using Salesforce for sales cycles
Responsibilities
Develop account strategy in close conversation with customer executives and BetterUp leadership
Own expansion and renewal targets for named accounts
Drive commercial conversations with customers to ensure end-to-end success of the contracting process
Navigate complex, matrixed organizations and identify champions internally
Consult and coach customers on Talent and HR strategy
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for optimal communications and alignment
