As a Creative Technologist in our Studios team - BetterUp's innovation hub - you'll be a versatile maker with a founder's mentality, bringing bold ideas to life from start to finish. If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

• 5+ years of experience in technology roles, with a strong emphasis on creative applications

• Proficiency in front-end development, particularly with React and modern JavaScript

• Experience with back-end technologies and AI/ML integration

• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside conventional boundaries

• Excellence in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical team members

• Portfolio showcasing projects that blend technology and creativity in novel ways

• Track record of building innovative, first-of-their-kind experiences

• Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to new challenges

• Understanding of behavioral science principles is a plus

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 – $293,000.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: 
$195,000 – $293,000: New York City
$170,000 – $254,000: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Nassau, Newburgh, Syracuse
