As a Senior Designer in our Studios team - BetterUp's innovation hub - you'll be at the forefront of designing groundbreaking products and experiences that make a real difference in people's lives. What you’ll do:

• Design and deliver groundbreaking products that expand BetterUp's impact in personal development

• Create engaging and effective user experiences that drive meaningful transformation

• Lead rapid prototyping efforts to quickly validate and iterate on innovative concepts

• Take ownership of projects from concept to implementation

• Propose and drive your own ideas with significant creative autonomy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, researchers, and product managers

• Integrate emerging technologies like AI in creative ways

• Contribute to Studios' thought leadership in experience design and human transformation

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

• 5+ years of experience in product or experience design, preferably in innovative or startup environments

• Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging, impactful, and polished digital experiences

• Proven experience integrating emerging technologies into user-centered designs

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellence in communication and ability to articulate complex design decisions

• Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes

• Familiarity with AI concepts and prompt engineering

• Understanding of behavioral science principles

• Track record of creative problem-solving and innovative thinking

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $154,000 – $266,000.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: 
$178,000 – $266,000: New York City
$154,000 – $232,000: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Nassau, Newburgh, Syracuse
