Position Overview
We are looking for a hybrid designer, Product Designer/User Researcher, who is passionate about solving complex problems and assisting in patient onboarding for therapy. This role requires creative problem-solving skills, strong execution, and the drive to see projects through from research to design delivery. You should be excited about achieving our objectives by partnering with design, product, engineering, and operations. We are seeking a critical thinker with an innovative approach to simplifying products to make them accessible and easy to use for everyone.
Responsibilities
Create user-friendly design layouts, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web platforms.
Analyze and synthesize research data to create actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Defining and driving ambiguous projects end to end with minimal guidance.
Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and clients to integrate research insights into strategic and tactical decisions.
Be comfortable documenting and explaining your design decisions. Use data to inform your decision-making process.
Experience working with design systems and integrating them into product development and engineering processes.
What you bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in user research and design for consumer experiences and enterprise software.
Health tech experience is nice to have but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners, including product managers and engineers.
Worked in an agile development environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced at iterative ideation and deliverables, seeking and receiving feedback as a natural part of the product development process, and finding opportunities inside requirements and constraints.
