BetterUp is looking for a Senior People Insights Consultant to help organizations solve their most pressing behavioral challenges, providing a deeply fulfilling workplace experience.

Responsibilities

Apply business acumen to support the sales process through account planning and discovery.
Develop a deep knowledge of BetterUp's solutions to present to prospective customers.
Leverage behavioral science knowledge for presentations and thought leadership.
Partner with customer success teams to highlight BetterUp's impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product direction.
Engage with C-Level executives to influence organizational development.
Manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders effectively.

Education

M.A. with minimum 7 years experience in consulting or business; or PhD with 5 years experience.
