Senior Program Manager, FedRAMP

We are seeking a FedRAMP Program Manager responsible for driving key aspects of continuous monitoring requirements, supporting customer onboarding, and driving the FedRAMP program.

Skills

Experience with NIST SP 800 Series, FedRAMP, and FISMA
Ability to interpret laws and develop processes for compliance
Project management knowledge, basic networking concepts
Experience in risk assessment, policy development, and technology delivery

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in creating, implementing, and maintaining enterprise programs to be compliant with FedRAMP
Utilize knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 security controls, and NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement security compliance control implementations
Define and validate procedures, audit testing methodology, and assist in addressing security issues
Prepare ongoing reporting and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
Manage onsite assessments, provide training to teams, and collaborate with external stakeholders
