Beyond Yoga - Ecommerce Coordinator

The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the ecommerce team in execution of online marketing activities including email campaigns, merchandising and website management.

This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the Beyond Yoga website and also support the execution of its critically important email and SMS marketing program. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to help drive Beyond Yoga’s success.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Retention Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Review company sales on a daily basis using Google Analytics and Inventory Planner Forecasting
Support the merchandising of the Beyond Yoga site on a daily basis to align on new products, sales and emails
Review the daily marketing calendar to ensure the site is aligned with email marketing and homepage refreshes
Support email marketing including: setting up email campaigns and testing emails before deployment
Assist with reporting as needed on email and SMS performance
Build and publish Beyond Yoga's homepage twice a week and determine where each image is linking
Create landing pages as needed
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on site related issues, tasks and other functionalities
Create and upload new products monthly
Markdown necessary products monthly
Support site maintenance and functionality including by not limited to providing descriptive details on site merchandise, replacing images on site that are old or low quality
Collaborate with planning team to ensure all of the inventory is active on site
Collaborate with design team to ensure all images are available for each product
Create flow of homepage on what each image should link to and implement CTA copy
Create Collections for site as required
Collaborate with third party partners to make changes or update Beyond Yoga's site

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an ecommerce business using Shopify
Experience with email marketing and Klaviyo is a big plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Results-oriented self-starter
Creative / innovative thinker; organized /detail-oriented; team player/ solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for testing and measuring results (minimum intermediate excel/sheets, advanced preferred).
Excellent project management and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in an unstructured environment.
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
