Lead day-to-day operations of the sales development team
Hire, train, develop, and motivate SDRs
Collaborate with Sales teams on qualification approaches

Provide accurate assessments of pipeline management
Forecast sales bookings
Integrate and improve sales processes
Partner with Marketing and Channel teams
Oversee resource planning and incentives
Education
