Sales Development Manager
BeyondTrust is a leader in cyber security SaaS solutions looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the sales development team
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate SDRs
- Collaborate with Sales teams on qualification approaches
- Develop and improve sales enablement tools
- Measure and deliver on KPIs
- Provide accurate assessments of pipeline management
- Forecast sales bookings
- Integrate and improve sales processes
- Partner with Marketing and Channel teams
- Oversee resource planning and incentives
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
