BeyondTrust is a leader in cyber security SaaS solutions looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the sales development team
  • Hire, train, develop, and motivate SDRs
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on qualification approaches
  • Develop and improve sales enablement tools
  • Measure and deliver on KPIs
  • Provide accurate assessments of pipeline management
  • Forecast sales bookings
  • Integrate and improve sales processes
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel teams
  • Oversee resource planning and incentives

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
