Skills

Expertise in Figma
Strong user-centered design skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to solve ambiguous problems
Experience leading teams

Responsibilities

Lead experience strategy and product design with a small team
Design end-to-end experiences that solve human problems
Collaborate with product managers and engineers
Iterate designs based on user feedback
Manage all phases of the product/UX design process

Education

Ten or more years in experience and product design
Strong portfolio of digital products
