Junior Product Owner

Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Jr Product Owner che si unisca al nostro team.

DI COSA CI PIACEREBBE TI PRENDESSI CURA

Collaborare con stakeholder interni ed esterni per definire la visione del prodotto e le priorità.
Gestire e prioritizzare il backlog del prodotto, assicurando l’allineamento con la roadmap aziendale.
Redigere specifiche funzionali dettagliate e user stories.
Coordinare con i team di sviluppo per garantire la corretta implementazione delle funzionalità.
Monitorare e analizzare le performance del prodotto, proponendo miglioramenti continui.
Facilitare le cerimonie Agile, come sprint planning, daily stand-up e sprint review.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o campo correlato.
Esperienza di almeno 1 anno come Product Owner o in ruoli simili.
Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie Agile-Scrum.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di gestione delle relazioni.
Capacità di analisi e problem-solving.
Familiarità con strumenti di gestione del prodotto come Jira, Trello o simili.
