  • Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborare con i nostri hiring managers, gli altri membri del talent acquisition team, e con il nostro Head of People per definire i profili dei candidati da assumere; 

  • Strategy Support: identificare e implementare nuove strategie di talent acquisition più efficaci;

  • Team Management Support: supportare il nostro Head of People nella gestione del team TA, del suo sviluppo, e delle sue operations;

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: gestire e migliorare l'intero processo di selezione end-to-end, offrendo un eccellente candidate experience;

  • Sourcing & Attracting: svolgere attività di head-hunting e sourcing per le posizioni che lo richiedono e monitorare varie agenzie esterne di supporto;

  • Talent Pool: costruire ed espandere il nostro talent pool di candidati oltre le nostre posizioni attualmente aperte;

  • Talent Projects: gestire e portare a termine vari progetti nell'area del talent acquisition, employer branding e employee experience, con il supporto del nostro Head of People;

  • Reporting & Analytics: tracking e reporting dei KPIs di talent acquisition, fornendo aggiornamenti e approfondimenti regolari e proponendo iniziative di miglioramento;

  • Employer Branding: progettare ed eseguire varie attività di employer branding su vari touchpoints insieme al nostro Head of People;

  • Market Understanding: monitorare costantemente gli sviluppi delle tendenze del settore talent acquisition and talent attraction;

  • Community Building: cercare, creare e prendere parte ad eventi di talent acquisition, come fiere, conferenze, Meetups, etc.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Laurea in psicologia, economia, lingue, letteratura o giurisprudenza, o simile;

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in aziende nel settore digital;

  • Esperienza o desiderio di unirsi ad un gruppo in rapida evoluzione e in fase scaling;

  • Livello Business Proficient della lingua inglese (C1+);

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Ottima capacità di stakeholder management;

  • Abilità ed esperienza nell'uso e nell'implementazione  di strumenti e tecnologie di talent acquisition e HR management;

  • Capacità di lavorare in modo molto indipendente come anche in team;

  • Eccellenti competenze organizzative e di time management;

  • Mindset analitico ma allo stesso tempo creativo e solution-oriented.
