We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a People Team Associate. This role serves as a vital support function across various facets of our People Operations, Human Resources, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Reporting to the People Team's Chief of Staff, the Associate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational and administrative tasks for key People Team initiatives.
  • Coordinate and document People team functions, including project management, systems and data management, and reporting.
  • Assist in facilitating People team-led trainings and meetings, encompassing manager trainings, new hire orientation, internal team meetings, and all-staff meetings where applicable.
  • Provide flexible support across all functions of the People Team, assisting with projects and assignments as required, ensuring seamless operations and continuity across various verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Intern Program Management, Recruitment, Operations, and/or HR roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive approach with a bias toward action, follow-up, and project completion.
  • Experience in volunteering or working on a political campaign’s Human Resources or Operations team is a plus.
  • 2+ years of work experience.


$60,000 - $65,000 a year
