Senior Solutions Engineer, Global Alliances

BigID is an innovative tech startup focused on data security and compliance. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to strengthen global alliances.

Skills

Strong communication skills
Experience in solutions consulting or engineering
Understanding of enterprise data architecture
Familiarity with data management technologies
Experience with Linux or container frameworks
Knowledge in cybersecurity and metadata integration

Responsibilities

Act as technical authority on BigID’s platform
Engage in partner and sales activities
Collaborate with partners to develop unique solutions
Lead enablement sessions for partners
Communicate regularly with partners about product updates
Assist in the creation and maintenance of demo environments
Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for partners
Support customer GTM initiatives
Learn and bring insights back to BigID

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Master's degree is a plus
