Sr Customer Success Manager

BigID, an innovative tech startup in data security, is seeking a Sr Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive value realization.

Skills

  • 5+ years in Customer Success managing large enterprise accounts
  • Background in data domain, privacy, data governance, or information security
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in big data environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer relationship, risk, and revenue
  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key executives within each account
  • Advocate on behalf of customer issues and needs within BigID
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to drive renewal, cross-sell and upsell
  • Identify risk and execute a cross-functional risk mitigation plan
  • Identify product improvements based on customer needs and industry trends

Education

  • BS/BA degree
