- As the Bilingual Brand Ambassador for this activation, you’ll work on-site with GMR’s Tour Managers to bring to life the Mobile Learning Adventure for PNC Bank! The Mobile Learning Adventure is a traveling exhibit that provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about the importance of early childhood education while they engage in fun activities with their children ages 0 – 5. The primary duty of the Mobile Learning Adventure Brand Ambassador is to engage with parents and caregivers and their children to introduce them to the PNC Grow Up Great program and guide them through the various activities within the event footprint that supports this initiative.
YOUR IMPACT //
- Must enjoy working with young children and be outgoing/friendly
- Must operate various stations such as registration/passport distribution table, matching game line activity, a 'wants versus needs' activity, craft area, storytelling station, When I grow Up Photo station (where kids dress up as different professionals and have their picture superimposed on a corresponding background), and a giveaway station (that includes the distribution of a tote bag containing fun stuff for the family, further demonstrating how to take everyday moments and turn them into learning opportunities)
- Greet and direct guests throughout the event space in a positive manner, ensuring all guests have a superior experience at the Mobile Learning Adventure
- Proactively engage with event attendees who are passing by the footprint and encourage them to visit the Mobile Learning Adventure
- Anticipate and assist in resolving issues on site
- Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth
- Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
- Be motivated to strive for success
- Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
WHAT YOU NEED //
- At least 1 year of experiential marketing experience
- Tech savvy: ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from events
- Must wear required uniform
- Attend on-site training
- Fluent in sign language is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish required
