Billie is searching for a Brand Growth Marketing Manager to help bring our brand vision to life across multiple growth platforms. In this role, you’ll support campaign management and execution, focusing on driving the highest results for Billie in-store and online. You will assist in campaign development and management across TV/CTV, online video, shopper marketing and own influencer and affiliate partnerships.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the balance of analysis and strategic execution while working cross functionally with our creative, retail sales, and technology teams. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Omni-Channel Marketing.
What you’ll do:
Manage Billie’s influencer and affiliate programs across all channels
You will be responsible for scaling both - optimizing for CAC
Research and identify strategic opportunities across influencers, affiliates, and shopper marketing
Identifying new partners to work with and analyzing for expected return
Support the Senior Manager with campaign development, execution, and analysis
Implement marketing programs to maximize conversion of each audience
Monitor channel performance and assist in building budget recommendations
Maintain and analyze important metrics across channels
Test emerging media channels to reach incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer planning and execution (DTC or SAAS background preferred)
Demonstrable skills with using data and analytics to drive strategy
Impeccable communication skills with a knack for project management
A strategic mindset to escalation management and triage, remaining calm under pressure with a solution-focused approach
A self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
Some experience with affiliate marketing
Someone who can lead by example and demonstrate Billie’s core values
The salary range for this position is $80,0000-$90,000 annually. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
