Tetra Tech’s commitment to hiring the best talent in the industry and helping them thrive professionally is stronger than ever. We currently have an opportunity for a Billing Specialist which will be located in our Richland, WA location. This position is an entry level role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client invoices using custom Oracle based system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Comply with customer specifications with regard to invoicing.

• Ensure billing deadlines are met.

• Support project collections

• Maintain contract budgets throughout life cycle of the project.

• Assist financial management team and project managers with ad-hoc report preparation when requested.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, previous billing experience preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize duties.

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

• Independent problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to work with people at all levels and varied disciplines and cultures.

• Experience with US Government invoice process preferred, but not required.

• Oracle or other database experience is preferred, but not required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test in compliance with state regulations.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 hr.
