1st 30 days Training onsite, after 30 days hybrid which is 1 day a week

1 Round interview Process

Monday to Friday with little flex on hours

For the Procurement Team, the Analyst will process Construction records and invoices.

Invoice

• P2 Software – Construction computer software is not necessary but a plus
• Monitoring invoices, tracking rate codes, making sure correct rate codes are used
• Processing invoice packages
• Processing reservations
• Some Construction Map reading
• Excel

Must Haves :

• Willing to do repetitive tasks
• Communications with customers reg invoice and able to answer their questions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
