Experience working with MacOS & Windows operating systems
Support experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom
Proficient with various IT Helpdesk services
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for IT-related questions and troubleshooting issues related to our primary tools
Oversee the deployment and management of hardware
Support office network infrastructure
Collaborate with IT and Security teams in implementing cybersecurity measures
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes
