This will be a hybrid position - can be located in any of our national offices; Kansas City, MO, Philadelphia, PA, and Dallas, TX preferred

So what will you do all day? You would join us as a BIM Technician working on things like....

Conducting technical tasks such as project setup, model updates, general BIM support, maintaining templates and family libraries.
Utilizing various BIM software/tools, reviewing construction documents, notes and other input materials to assist in the development of finished drawings and models.
Proactively collaborating with design staff to assist in maintaining efficient modeling methods & best practices.
Tracking and organizing updates throughout the design process - background updates, plotting, basic quality assurance, preliminary review of sheet lists, etc.
Organizing design/production related files.
Verifying the 2D & 3D accuracy of drawings and models.
Attending project and pre-construction meetings and provides input to ensure proper policies, procedures, and specifications are followed.

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you…

Are a graduate of a 1 or 2 year certificate program with some relevant hands-on experience (preferred)
Have at least 2+ years of experience in a technical/drafting role (preferred)
Possess Revit MEP proficiency; Dynamo, Clarity, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks preferred
Exposure to BIM 360 would be a huge plus!
Have the ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy of work and being flexible with work schedule and willing to stay after hours to make sure the job is done

Anticipated salary range for this position may be $42,000-$52,000

Salary can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor statistical differentials.
