Analyst / Senior Analyst, Portfolio Reporting

BioMed Realty is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support portfolio reporting and finance functions. Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, excels at managing deadlines, and can adapt to changing priorities.

Skills

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to efficiently coordinate data from multiple sources
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Review and analyze lease transactions and related documentation
Update and maintain leasing and portfolio databases
Prepare, review, and analyze asset-level and key portfolio performance metrics
Assist in the preparation and aggregation of portfolio and investor reporting materials
Perform diligent review of various reporting materials for accuracy

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
