As a Talent Coordinator at BioRender, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly—scheduling interviews, handling logistics, and keeping communication clear with candidates and stakeholders. Our team is collaborative and always looking ahead. We don’t just follow the hiring process; we shape it, ensuring every candidate feels like more than just a resume. Beyond coordination, you'll also pitch in with the Talent Ops team, helping drive bigger initiatives forward.

This remote-friendly role is open to candidates in Canada living in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Teams to coordinate virtual interviews, assessments, and reference calls. 

  • Deliver a consistent positive candidate experience, acting as an advocate for both candidates and BioRender.

  • Triage tier 1 support requests for the Talent Operations team within set timelines to ensure smooth operations.

  • Contribute on a task basis to Talent Operations work such as employer branding, co-op program administration, interview training, and system onboarding. 

What you bring to the table

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with an eye for detail.

  • Proven experience in talent coordination, with 6-18 months of hands-on work ideally supporting Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

  • Experience partnering with Executive Assistants and C-level executives for scheduling and coordination

  • Proven experience in creating a positive and smooth candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-ups throughout the hiring process

  • Working experience with Ashby (or a similar ATS), Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, etc.), and other recruitment tools such as Hacker Rank and Metaview

  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
