We are looking for a Contracts Manager. As a Contracts Manager you will be an integral part of the legal team and help to ensure that our work gets done in the most efficient way. You will help where help is needed, be it assisting in the drafting of a large customer contract or recurring/day-to-day tasks. This role will require you to manage a wide range of commercial contracts and associated contract documents and may involve extensive collaboration with members of sales, finance, marketing, operations, product and security teams. This role will focus on commercial legal matters. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage the end to end process for a wide range of US/EMEA/APAC commercial transactions from sales agreements to partnership deals and everything in between. This role will require some redlining contract work and customer interaction - experience and passion for getting deals done is a must.

• Manage a high volume of contracts/Order Forms through to the signature and implementation stage.  

• Prepare, review, edit, complete and fact-check various types of commercial legal and vendor registration documents and agreements. 

• Respond to requests for information from our prospects, customers and sales teams.

• Engage with internal business clients to develop and enhance a streamlined, efficient and scalable contracting process.  

• Tackle anything else in the commercial contracts and Go to Market legal field that comes your way as needed to support a fast-growing, dynamic, and innovative global company.

What you’ll bring:

• You have 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in a law firm or inhouse SaaS environment is strongly preferred.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in law and an operational mindset. 

• You bring international experience.

• Excellent time and project management skills - you are a master multi-tasker! 

• You readily take responsibility and can think on your feet.

• You are an independent worker who loves working in a supporting role.

• A start-up mentality - a willingness to roll up your sleeves, clear blockers, think creatively, prioritize effectively, support the business and get the job done. 

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.
