Job Summary• Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in helping Birgo Capital achieve its growth goal of $1 billion in assets under management (AUM) by raising the capital needed for property acquisitions. Birgo is a private equity real estate company focused on multi-family property management. You will grow our investor base through targeted outreach and top-notch investor support. This position is remote with quarterly travel to Pittsburgh, PA, and offers both base salary and commission-based compensation.Birgo’s Values• Teamwork: We are collaborative, approachable, and engaged• Humility: We are selfless, gracious, and continuously improving• Rhinocerality: We are proactive, dynamic, and courageous• Integrity: We are trustworthy, principled, and sincere• Vision: We are forward-thinking, empathetic, and adaptable• Excellence: We are goal-oriented, dependable, and accountableCore Responsibilities• Perform outreach (calls, emails, texts) to engage with high-quality leads and schedule appointments.• Convert inbound prospects into potential investors.• Maintain up-to-date prospect information and call documentation in the CRM system.• Contact inbound inquiries promptly to answer product questions and assist with the investment process.• Support the development and management of investor relations efforts and strategies.• Develop product expertise for effective communication with prospects.• Assist with calendars, schedules, and appointment management.• Transition viable deals to senior team members.• Discuss and address investors' needs, problems, or complaints.• Document frequently asked questions and concerns from prospects.• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all materials.• Provide accurate and up-to-date reports.• Compile and analyze statistics related to business development.• Provide feedback to marketing based on investor responses.• Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.Successful Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience• Basic understanding of communications technology• 2-4 years of experience facilitating outbound calls and scheduling meetings (preferred)• 1-2 years working with CRM software (preferred)• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)Skills & Qualifications• Excellent written and verbal communication• Proficient with Google Drive and Zoom• Strong attention to detailWork Style• Self-motivated with strong attention to deadlines and results• People oriented and persuasive• Able to work independently• Effectively prioritizes across multiple projects simultaneouslyOther Requirements• Able to use a computer for a full workday• Able to provide services via phone and video callsBenefits• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with company contribution• 401(k) retirement plan with employer match• Flexible paid time off• Company profit sharing program• Healthy lifestyle reimbursement program• Professional development stipendMore about BirgoBirgo offers an exciting start-up environment, characterized by fast growth and an entrepreneurial spirit.
