BlackBerry® Jarvis® is a software composition analysis and security testing solution that lets users detect and list open-source software and software licenses within their embedded systems as well as their cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exposures.
As a successful candidate, you will be a member of a dedicated, passionate product development team which builds, delivers, and supports Blackberry Jarvis®. Your role will provide you with exciting opportunities to optimize and improve infrastructure to develop and deliver Blackberry Jarvis® to end customers and partners.
What you will do:
- Deploy, Manage and Support On-premise and AWS based service platforms
- Drive the evolution of our CI/CD infrastructure and software delivery platform, with a focus on building and improving our existing processes, pipelines, and tools.
- Configure scalable server systems based on a microservice architecture
- Develop and implement new infrastructure related to build and software delivery.
- Support the business in transitioning to new platforms where required.
- Participate in product and platform certification projects.
- Develop and maintain process infrastructure and configuration
What you will need:
- An Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience
- Comfort in leading consulting engagements with customers
- Strength in scripting languages such as python, bash, groovy
- Experience with pipeline languages (E.g. Jenkins, Gitlab)
- Experience with Containerization, Virtualization and container orchestration (E.g. Docker)
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes development and management
- Experience working on Linux (admin tasks)
- Proven ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
- Valid drivers license - May require occasional travel to client site.
- Proof of US Citizenship required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.
