Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid
Blackbird Health is committed to providing precision care for children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with social developmental and school-related challenges. They are looking for a Patient Support Specialist to be the first touch point for patients, guiding them through their mental health journey.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily telephonic outreach to patients and families
- Field inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Support patients and families with necessary paperwork
- Connect with individuals to determine eligibility for services
- Perform various clerical or administrative functions
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
- Problem-solve and organize time efficiently
Education
- Some College Courses or an Associates degree
