What You'll Do:
- Support and expand our digital presence through the development and execution of Blackpoint’s comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and our target audience.
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with our business goals and cross-functional stakeholders to support brand campaigns, product launches, events, and key moments.
- Conceptualize, create, curate, and manage engaging social media content across all channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice and strategy.
- Own and maintain constant activity Sprout Social/Employee Advocacy tool for increased brand awareness and reach via Blackpoint employees.
- Deploy listening capabilities within social channels (including Reddit) to research brand reputations and engage where appropriate, which may include bringing in other SMEs within Blackpoint
- Create, own and deploy LinkedIn Newsletters as a newer channel for communicating with followers.
- Engage with and grow our community by responding to comments and messages, collaborating with creators in our space, and staying up to date on relevant market trends.
- Collecting, analyzing, and continuously improving our social media presence through the use of analytics, insights, and best practices.
- Grow our following across all channels (LinkedIN, IG, X etc) M/M and Y/Y
- Create and publish a tagging strategy for watering holes, influencers etc.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing social media for an established brand or agency
- Proven experience creating impactful and engaging content from ideation to execution for a B2B audience
- Expert knowledge of (the social media platforms we use), Hubspot, and Sprout Social
- Previous experience managing projects and working collaboratively with internal and external SMEs in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing communications strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Bonus Points:
- Experience in or deep knowledge of cybersecurity
- Paid Social media experience
- Previous experience developing content directed towards MSPs
- Knowledge in Google Analytics and other reporting/listening tools
- Graphic design experience a huge plus!
