Accounts Payable Supervisor - Expense Reporting

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Acts as the subject matter expert for questions from employees and management regarding expense reporting and corporate card policies and processes; and ensures direct reports are fully trained on the requirements of those policies.
  • Actively participates in and oversees day-to-day, routine departmental activities such as: administering the corporate credit card program and auditing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyzes data to support business decision-making and oversees expense reporting processes to ensure compliance with IRS Accountable Plan regulations and company policies.
  • Responsible for overseeing a small team to include coaching, mentoring and training.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum of a four-year degree in accounting or a related degree; or equivalent combinations of education and work experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years progressive, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience using ERP-level accounts payable systems is required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Additional Accounts Payable certifications such as the Accredited Payable Manager (APM) or Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) are highly desired.
  • Experience with JD Edwards.
  • Training experience.

$67,338.00 - $97,640.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
