Marketing Automation Specialist

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will implement and optimize tools and technical processes to automate marketing campaigns efficiently. This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager and other teams to ensure proper data integration, creation of advanced workflows, and personalization of customer experiences.


We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help drive our marketing automation strategy, executing campaigns that engage and grow our customer base.

You Will:

  • Campaign Automation:
    • Configure and manage tools like Customer.io to automate campaigns.
    • Create and optimize workflows, including custom conditions, delays between steps, and advanced configurations.
    • Manage webhook integrations to connect internal and external systems.
  • Data Management:
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure necessary data (attributes and events) is available in Customer.io and other platforms.
    • Set up and utilize advanced audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
    • Monitor and ensure proper synchronization between systems.
  • Optimization and Analysis:
    • Analyze the performance of automated campaigns (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and propose improvements.
    • Design technical solutions to automate manual processes and scale marketing operations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure campaigns align with the brand strategy.
    • Act as a bridge between marketing and development teams to implement integrations and technical solutions.
  • Technical Support:
    • Manage technical changes such as creating conditions, system variables, and new webhooks.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to campaign automation.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience working with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

• Experience setting up webhooks, APIs, and working with structured data such as JSON.

Technical Skills:

• Practical knowledge of APIs and their integration into marketing systems.

• Familiarity with databases and user attribute synchronization.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript is a plus).

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to interpret data and propose solutions based on performance analysis.

• Experience in creating and optimizing automated workflows.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
