Network (Collaboration) Engineer

We are now looking for an experienced Network (Collaboration) Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Experienced with voice protocols such as SIP, SIP Trunking, H323 required.
- Experienced with complex dial plans, call handler, auto-attendants, call queues.
- Experienced with IP telephony solutions, preferably one of the manufacturers Microsoft (Teams Phone), Avaya, Cisco (CUCM).
- To be able to understand concepts such as Dial-plan, Routing configuration, Teams Phone policies, Trunking, Call Center functionality.
- Hands-On Experience in preventive maintenance, installation activity/administration of Voice Gateways.
- Ability to use Linux commands.
- Knowledge of Session Border Controllers and Voice recording technologies will be appreciated.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of QoS issues is desirable.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong understanding of voice protocols and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Any relevant certifications will be considered a plus
