Senior DevOps Engineer

What is this position about?  

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking. 

We are seeking an experienced and innovative DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. The ideal candidate will excel in scripting, CI/CD automation, and cloud infrastructure management, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role involves automating, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud and containerized environments to support our mission-critical operations 

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud environments with a focus on automation, scalability, and security. 

• Manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure smooth operation of containerized applications in production. 

• Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code, enabling consistent and reliable deployments. 

• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate code testing, integration, and deployment. 

• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, and JavaScript to automate tasks and support DevOps processes. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within AWS services, Kubernetes clusters, and networking to minimize downtime. 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features, optimize systems, and provide support on best practices. 

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. 

• Strong expertise in AWS services and Kubernetes management. 

• Proficient in Terraform and infrastructure as code practices. 

• Skilled in scripting with Bash, Python, and JavaScript. 

• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD automation. 

• Solid understanding of networking and troubleshooting in cloud environments. 

• Previous experience in software development roles is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
