Incident Coordinator
Blink Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that improves access to medications. We are looking for an Incident Coordinator to facilitate communication with pharmacy partners and manage operational incidents.

- Experience with Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Manage internal processing and shipping escalations.
- Respond to shipping escalations promptly.
- Document pertinent information according to procedures.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to resolve inquiries.
- Solve escalations from other operational departments.
- Act as intermediary for external pharmacy shipping partners.
- Monitor and manage open patient and pharmacy-reported incidents.
- Report incidents in Healthicity.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
