Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of internal processing and shipping related escalations
- Respond to shipping escalations promptly
- Identify pending orders for shipment and resolve issues
- Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve inquiries from external partners
- Act as intermediary for external pharmacy shipping partners
- Monitor and manage open patient and pharmacy-reported incidents
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
