Skills
- Experience as a Trainer or Training Facilitator
- Strong delivery and communication skills

- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive instructor-led training programs
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities
- Evaluate and provide feedback on training effectiveness
- Manage content updates in the training system

Education
