Responsibilities

Shape and execute the strategy for Block’s contractor network
Lead the Contractor Network team
Grow the contractor network by attracting top residential contractors
Establish trust-based relationships with contractors and ensure their success
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to match homeowners with the right contractors
Evolve the contractor network as a strategic differentiator and growth lever for Block
