Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4 HANA FICO system at Bloomberg. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather business requirements for the system. Design and configure the SAP S/4 HANA FICO system to meet the business needs of Bloomberg. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the system is functioning accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the SAP S/4 HANA FICO system. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the system. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the SAP S/4 HANA FICO system and recommend any necessary upgrades or enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system support and upgrades. Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the SAP S/4 HANA FICO system. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for financial systems. Continuously improve and optimize the system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on system changes and address any concerns or questions.
