Bloomerang provides software and excellent customer service for nonprofits, allowing them to raise more money and do more good. They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support clients during their implementation journey.

Skills

Project Management experience
SaaS implementation experience
Technical skills with relational databases

Responsibilities

Guide new clients through their implementation journey
Manage a full project load of clients
Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings
Partner with technical teams to resolve data issues
Evaluate and escalate client issues or concerns
