Solutions Consultant

Bloomreach is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help major brands navigate personalized digital experiences. This role involves being a trusted advisor in multiple stages of the sales cycle, supporting the sales team in delivering value to clients.

Skills

Technical pre-sales experience
Understanding of search technologies and Machine Learning
Fluent in English, German/French is a plus
Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Act as Bloomreach product expert in a pre-sales capacity
Support Sales team with product demonstrations and presentations
Align Bloomreach solutions’ value propositions to customer needs
Perform site assessments during discovery processes
Engage in custom demos and proof of concepts
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Participate in RFPs and RFIs
