Indirect Procurement Inventory Clerk

Summary: Assists the Indirect Procurement department with several duties as described below.

Essential Duties:

Inter-departmental package deliveries
Small parcel outbound shipment processing: process, pack, ship (UPS, FedEx)
Uploading documentation of receipt for non-inventoried items.
Scan packaging slips.
Look up purchase order details in the computer.
Maintain inventory count on frequently ordered stock items.
Assist and communicate with cleaning staff for cleaning supply closet inventory.

General Warehouse:

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to work in a cold environment.
Ability to clean and organize the warehouse with limited Supervision and or oversight.
Ability to demonstrate basic comprehension of warehouse practices.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, write and comprehend basic math
