If choosing to work remote, this role can be located in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Texas.The Enterprise Architect â Digital will lead the overall technical vision of BCBSNEâ s Digital Transformation solution. They will be responsible for translating the Digital Roadmap into a solution plan, utilizing cloud, web, mobile, integration, AI and CRM technologies. Utilizing a â customer firstâ mindset, they will shape the future of our customer interactions, envision new user experiences and services, and ensure development and implementation of digital solutions.What you'll do:• Provide technical vision for BCBSNE Digital solutions.• Translate business strategy and Digital Roadmap into technology plans and solutions.• Envision new customer experiences and solutions.• Lead on projects in the Digital portfolio, providing Technology guidance and mentorship.• Implement and guide proof-of-concept initiatives for next technologies and solutions.• Scope and architect solutions using cloud, web, mobile, integration, AI and CRM technologies.• Manage technology relationships, evaluate capabilities and advise Senior Leaders on technology vendors and solutions.• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and propose applications for these technologies to the organization.• Mentor and coach across the technology department on best practices• Lead and facilitate Architecture Community of Practice and other key technology meetings.• Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to socialize and align solutions across the organization.ÂTo be considered for this position, you must have:• Bachelorâ s degree in IT related field• 6+ years relevant technology architecture experience - including evidence of leading efforts to shape strategic investment portfolios and to scope and architect programs• Experience creating and maintaining technology roadmaps• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize workload• Strong communication and influencing skills with business and technology executives• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilitiesAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement. The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments. On-call work may be required based on business needs and role assignment. The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
