The core responsibilities include:
Provide HR guidance in the areas of performance management, staffing, compensation, employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, and organizational change in alignment with organizational objectives. Provide counsel and guidance to front line management on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable... laws. Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of key business priorities facing the organization. Where possible, engage with frontline employees to understand challenges, perspectives, and potential impact of decisions. Support HR and business leaders in driving people strategies and initiatives aligned to the business unit goals and objectives. Leverage data and HR acumen to influence action, support decision making and root cause assessments. Facilitate training on topics such as conflict management, communication, workplace civility, team dynamics, leadership, and/or foundational management practices We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other closely related field, or equivalent work and education experience. 8
year of progressive responsibility in a professional HR role with at least two years in an HR Generalist capacity. Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, best practices and employment law. Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
